• Cancellation received between 0-72 hours of arrival time - 100% charge on first night

• No refunds will be allowed after Check-In.
• No cancellations are entertained for special occasions/holidays like New Year, Diwali and Valentine's Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
• The Cama Infra Ltd. Group (Hotel Cama) does not accept cancellation requests through Phone. Cancellation can be done on any working day between 10:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs from Monday to Saturday by Email or Visiting Hotel.

Refund Policy: Refund of advance upon deductions will be within 45 days from the date of Cancellation.
